RW Armstrong has been appointed by Farah Leisure Parks Management L.L.C. for and on behalf of Theme Parks L.L.C. (“Client”) to be the Project Management Consultant to manage the execution of the design, procurement, cost management, and construction management for capital works. Capital Projects encompass upgrades and operations enhancements to Ferrari World and Yas Water World.  RW Armstrong is responsible for managing 44 individual projects consisting of Architectural, Interior Design, Retail Design, Structural, MEP, Civil and Infrastructure tender packages, to improve the Clients overall operation and enhance the Theme Parks guest’s experience.
