AL SAAD SCHOOL Al Ain, United Arab Emirates
The School is located in Al Saad area in Al Ain Region and it is designed based on Model D (KG, CI, CII & CIII), with the capacity of 1700 students Co-Education. School including: Classrooms, Labs, Breakout areas, Library, Music & Art rooms, Cafeterias, Multipurpose halls, GYM, Swimming pool, Admin zone, Shaded outdoor learning communities, Playground, Roads, Car drop-off, Staff and Visitor parking, Bus drop-off and Parking, Landscape, all needed services.
The School is part of the Abu Dhabi Future School Program launched by Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) for the purpose of enhancing the educational infrastructure development and improving learning in various areas within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
The schools are intended to achieve 2 Pearls Estidama Rating, and will be provided with CCTV and Security System, PA/Music System and the BMS System together with all the MEP Services requirements including Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting… etc. all in line with CLIENT’s Requirements, Local Authorities. Regulations and relevant Internationa Codes.
