4,600 sqm community retail facility, serves as central commercial focus of premium residential community and destination development consisting of 5 stars hotel, 61 hotel villas and 368 apartments, on 25 hectares.

The design-build Waterfront project in Tripoli is a premium residential development providing a unique, quality environment targeted at mid-to-high income residents, and primarily the expatriate market in the Janzour settlement located along the coast line of the Mediterranean Sea.

The project is being developed by a joint venture between Qatari Diyar Real Estate Investment Company and Oyia.

RW Armstrong’s services for this project are broken into three stages:

  • Stage 1 - preparation of the infra­structure concept master plan.
  • Stage 2 - preparation of environ­mental impact study (EIS), shore­line and marine study and infra­structure design and construction plans.
  • Stage 3 - construction inspection and supervision of the site infra­structure facilities.
