Confidential Client intends to build an Apron, Taxiway Link and Service Road at Al Wajh Domestic Airport in KSA based on a Design Build Contractor (EPC) form of contract. RW Armstrong professional services are to provide pre¬liminary design and tendering consul¬tancy services with separate technical support services during construction. RW Armstrong’s services:  
Phase 1 (Pre-Construction)  
• Preliminary Design  
• Initial assessment trip to project site  
• Assist with GSE procurement  
• Assist the client on BOQ preparation  
• Perform the tendering process in  
coordination with the client.  
Review draft EPC contract, pay-ments and project schedule with EPC contractor on behalf of the cli¬ent.  

Phase 2 (Construction):  
Site surveillance visits  
Review and provide necessary ad-vice and consultation on monthly re¬ports and payment certifications of the EPC in coordination of the client and GACA technical team for a de¬sign build contractor with contract duration of 6 months  
Support the client to determine the snag list prior to final acceptance
