The Project consists of the design and construction of a VIP Passenger Terminal at a MENA region Airport.  Conditioned space of approximately 40,000 square meters includes public and nonpublic areas, providing three aircraft gates. The VIP terminal building is three stories including VIP passenger circulation, check-in lobby, security screening, baggage handling, lounges and seating areas, VIP lounge, business center, office space, baggage handling systems, and other related support facilities. Airside facilities include aircraft parking aprons, aircraft boarding bridges, taxiways, and taxi lanes to serve the VIP aircraft type.
