Musanada selected RW Armstrong to create the Concept and develop Detailed Design for the Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club development. The Equestrian Club is located in the center of Abu Dhabi and will be integrated with the golf club and health and fitness center.

The primary objective of the project is to create a cohesive design that integrates new buildings into the existing context and creates a sense of harmony between new and renovated buildings.

The project includes a Health Club, Indoor and Outdoor Arenas, Training Halls, Riding School, air-conditioned Stables, Cafeteria, Mosque and Offices. In addition, several existing buildings will be renovated and re-used as office buildings. The project also has a significant site development component which includes outdoor competition and training areas, recreational spaces, plazas, water features, gardens and green spaces, new roads and new parking.

RWA scope of works includes Master Planning, Infrastructure Design, Buildings Architectural and Engineering design, Interior Design and FF&E, Landscape and outdoor spaces/facilities design.
