RW Armstrong is a designer for the Aldar Business Center responsible for multidisciplinary building’s design as well as Interiors Design and FF&E This iconic building is to be constructed on Yas Island as the state-of-the-art business center for Aldar Properties. Designed to serve as community support facility and center for Yas Island growth and investment, the building will
house the sales and marketing divisions of Aldar with other related uses.

Located within Gateway Park on Yas Island, the site provides attractive views and convenient access from the internal roads, neighborhoods/districts and the Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Highway. The G+1 building has a space program of over 4,000 square meters and is designed to complement and reinforce the dynamic and iconic architecture of the island. It’s one-of-a-kind, segmented design theme is partially lit with LED panels offering day and night images and information to be displayed across the building, allowing it to stand as a unique construction, yet remain contextual.

The façade and interior treatments are meant to echo the newly unveiled image and graphic qualities of Aldar Properties.
