About the Project
RW Armstrong is currently providing project management services for the “Modern Residential City” development.  The project is located on a plot area of 193,334 sq. meters, with a capacity of 25,000 residents in six clusters of buildings and a core plaza combining the central facilities.  Each of the six clusters contains three categories of housing for workers, technicians and supervisors.  Each cluster has a capacity for 6,250 residents.  The clusters are planned around a care plaza that incorporates those elements used daily by a resident such as a restaurant, laundry, current needs shops, toilets, and coffee shops.  The cluster restaurant roof is designed to accommodate Moslem’s collective prayers.

Professional Services
As the project manager, RW Armstrong is managing the development of the project.  Given the tight schedule, cutting edge technology and document management systems were implemented to facilitate the project.  RW Armstrong will continue to manage this project from design and development through construction administration.
