CHA Consulting, Inc. (CHA) is pleased to announce that it has acquired Coler & Colantonio, Inc., one of Boston’s largest engineering firms, creating a 1,400–person global firm.  CHA is the parent company of RW Armstrong, which CHA acquired in June 2012.
Coler & Colantonio offers energy infrastructure, land development, geospatial, government, environmental, and water and wastewater design and operations services as well as utility asset management software.
